These terms govern use of the Valtanic CRM platform by internal operators, managers, administrators, and support teams handling customer communication through WhatsApp and related workflows.

Platform Use

Valtanic CRM is a business operations platform for managing WhatsApp conversations, customer support, sales enquiries, warranty cases, service requests, campaigns, and internal operator workflows.

Authorized Users

Only authorized administrators, agents, technicians, managers, and approved staff may access the platform. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for actions taken through their account.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the platform for spam, abusive communication, fraud, unauthorized marketing, unlawful activity, or any activity that violates Meta, WhatsApp, or local regulatory requirements.

Customer Communication

Business messaging sent through the platform must relate to support, orders, warranty, service, dealer operations, or other legitimate customer-approved communication. Marketing activity must respect opt-out and suppression controls.

Data Accuracy

Operators are responsible for entering accurate ticket updates, notes, branch assignments, and customer handling actions. Incorrect or misleading data may affect support quality and audit records.

Service Availability

Platform features depend on third-party services including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, hosting, storage, and network availability. Temporary interruptions, provider limitations, or maintenance windows may affect delivery or system access.

Security And Access Control

Valtanic may suspend access, reset credentials, or restrict user permissions if misuse, suspicious activity, or security risk is detected.

Limitation

The platform is provided for internal business use. Users remain responsible for operational decisions, customer commitments, and compliance obligations arising from conversations handled through the system.
